Join us at Birdsong to celebrate the upcoming holiday season and do some holiday shopping at our newly opened gift shop!

From 9am to 1 pm: The Gift Shop is offering new merchandise, including unique Christmas ornaments and decorations hand-crafted by Birdsong volunteers and staff, as well as nature-related gifts, books, bird feeders, jewelry, field bags, caps, visors, T-shirts, puzzle, children’s items, and more.

Special plants are also for sale. We have some beautiful native trees, shrubs and perennials that thrive from being planted in the fall – and you won’t want to miss our selection of wild azaleas!

From 10am to noon: Hot cider and cookies on the front porch, while they last!

Tractor-drawn hayrides offered about every half hour. Enjoy a 20-minute ride through the woods and fields of Birdsong on a fall day, drawn by Birdsong’s new tractor.

Children’s nature games and activities on the front lawn. Led by Birdsong’s WILD Ones children’s program leaders.

P.S. Birdsong Trails, House, and Bird Window will be open from 9am-to-5pm. You are welcome to stay after the Open House; bring a picnic and enjoy the fall foliage and wildflowers on a walk in the woods!
